Shipping policy

We begin producing your metal silhouette on the next working day after your order is placed.

Standard silhouettes are typically ready to be shipped within 2–4 working days. Custom silhouettes follow the same production timeline after design approval.

We offer free shipping to all countries worldwide. Please note: we do not currently ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Iran and Israel. 

Shipping times:

• EU: 2-5 working days.
• USA and Canada: 2-5 working days.
• Rest of the world: 4-7 working days.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

How to estimate delivery time:

Add the production time (starting from order placement or custom design approval) to the shipping time for your region.

Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the destination country’s regulations and are not controlled or collected by us.
